Shoe tally: A very expensive shoe


Shoe on the left: Nimbus 10 - 149 km - and worn down to the foam!
Shoe on the right: Nimbus 9 - 642 km, including two marathons - just starting to reach the foam.

So here's the latest shoe tally:

Saucony PGTriumph 5: 563k
ASICS Nimbus 9: 642k
ASICS Nimbus 10: 149k

Hi BFG, me also wearing a nimbus9. my fav as it is light and provide cusioning. Was thinking of getting a Pearl Izumi once this worn out. Any idea if PI is good?

Hey bro. I tried the PI Float last year but found it too stiff for my liking. I understand that it may take a while to "break" in, but I like them ready to go when new :)

my nimbus 10 is similar like yours but mine hit the white foam at abt 200+km. the sole is no longer the durable one. the last nimbus i had was 7 which lasted close to 800km.
